1. Acceptable Use
WhoRang is provided for personal identification purposes only. You agree not to use this service for harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity. Unauthorized resale or redistribution of reports is prohibited.
2. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Sources
WhoRang reports are compiled from third-party and public sources and are provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or completely accurate. Reports should not be used as the sole basis for any significant decisions.
3. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice
This service is not for employment, tenant screening, credit, housing, or insurance decisions governed by the FCRA. Misuse of WhoRang reports for these purposes may violate federal law. Reports are strictly for personal identification only.
4. Billing & Refunds
Payment is charged when you complete a search. If a report contains no meaningful results, you may request a full refund by replying to your receipt within 24 hours. Refunds for incomplete or duplicate searches are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support team.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhoRang is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or actions taken based on reported information. Your sole remedy is a refund of the search fee.
